We are looking for people to join our team! There are so many ways you can partner with people as they take their NEXT STEP in their journey with Jesus. These teams exist to help guests feel seen, valued, and supported. There is a place for you and time commitments vary.

There are so many ways to come alongside others as they take their next step with Jesus—and help every person feel seen, known, and supported. There’s a place for you, and time commitments are flexible!
Baptism Team: Help individuals register and walk alongside them through the baptism process. (Serve 1–2 times per month after one service)Connection Team: Be a friendly face at the Connect Center or Living Room, helping guests and regular attenders get connected. (Serve 1–2 times per month after one service)Prayer Partner Team: Pray with others at the end of services or serve midweek by praying over submitted requests.(Flexible scheduling based on your availability)Compass Connect Team: Love hospitality? Help create a welcoming experience for guests over a meal and meaningful conversation. (Serve about once a month after the 11am service)Behind the Scenes Tour (BTS) Team: Enjoy meeting new people and helping them discover Compass? Join us in hosting our campus tours! (Serve about once a month during the 11am service (lots of walking!)
