Our group is initiated by our ladies Rooted workshop, and is made up of women ranging in age from 48 to 78. We lovingly call ouselves the "Wisdom Seekers". Each Friday we begin with breakfast, after which we open with prayer and a devotional and then the discussion for the week, ending with prayer requests. More than anything, we strive to walk alongside one another - supporting each other through daily challenges, praying for one another's needs, and growing together in our understanding of Jesus and His deep love for us. There is always plenty of joy, laughter, and heartfelt conversation. Our spiritual goal is to embrace Jesus and the teachings of the Bible through discussion of sermons and other tools, following scripture from 1 Corinthians 13.
